When you apply for a clarity call, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, where you're based, and your answers about what you'd like to work on.
When you book a call, our booking tool records your name, email address and chosen time. When you visit the site, basic usage information (such as pages viewed, device and browser type) may be collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We use your information to review your application, schedule and hold your call, reply to your messages, and improve this website. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your answers for marketing.
Your answers may touch on personal and emotional topics. Only share what you're comfortable sharing. Your answers are read only by Enas and are handled with care and discretion.
We use trusted providers to run the application form, booking calendar, email and website analytics (for example Typeform, our booking provider, Google and Meta). They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
We keep application and booking details only for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep them for the length of our work together and any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing enas@artofhappiness.life. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
